I would highly recommend Jeff Justice to a home buyer or seller. Jeff is a real estate agent exclusively, meaning realty isn’t just a side job for him. We used Jeff as our seller’s agent upon a referral from friends that we trust(they had used him as their buyer’s agent and were planning on using him as their seller’s agent). Jeff was extremely motivated from day one. Although we consulted him with very little notice, he was able to give us advice on simple ways to stage our home. He did have great ideas for home improvements that could increase the value of our home- if we had more time, we would have gone through with those. He had a very good system for deciding upon a selling price. That said, he was willing to be flexible in regards to our input regarding the pricing. He had a professional photographer take pictures for flyers to be put in our house and with the for sale sign. I sent my mother a flyer and she was impressed with how nice our house showed in the pictures- this was likely because Jeff had encouraged us to de-clutter our house. He used a variety of media to advertise our house including the newspaper, internet, and word of mouth to other realtors. Once our house was on the market, he gave us daily updates in regards to feedback from realtors and potential buyers. He was very good about scheduling appointments so that we had plenty of notice and did not feel inconvenienced. When we entered contract negotiations, Jeff was available day and night to discuss issues that came up. He always made us feel like we were his top priority. He seemed to keep our best interests in mind. Jeff was very honest and trustworthy. In the words of our friends who referred him, Jeff works harder than any of us. Tony through one of our professors at LSU New Orleans, who has been

the thought of moving across country from New Orleans to SLC was quite
